Those close to the 28-year-old singer are concerned about his crumbling relationship with Jessica, and are putting pressure on him to work through their problems.
A source said: 'Justin's friends are usually all about anything he wants, but in this case, his boys are totally disappointed in him. They think he's making a big mistake. Justin and Jessica have their problems, but all in all, his friends think she is one of the best things that ever happened to him.'
Justin had been relying on his pals to go to nightclubs with him when his relationship hit the rocks, but they have not been keen on the idea.
The source added to FOX 411 blog: 'They really thought he got past all of that. But it's all beginning all over again. They think if they don't give in he may come to his senses and sort out his relationship. That's what they really want to see happen.'

Justin Timberlake treated everyone to a drink in a Las Vegas nightclub
He told guests: "This is a very special evening. Me and my buddy started a home grown tequila down in Mexico and I wanted to make sure you guys got a taste, so I bought everyone in the bar a shot."
Justin, girlfriend Jessica Biel and fellow revellers then cheered and raised their glasses, prompting Justin to say: "We should all believe in something and I believe it's time for another shot of tequila."
The strong alcoholic beverage is named after the area code of Memphis, where Justin was born.

Justin Timberlake has bought a luxury pad in New York
The singer has splashed out more than £12million/$18million on an estate in Greenwich which has a pool and spa.
According to the New York Post's PageSix goissip column, Timberlake, who is dating actress Jessica Biel, got himself a bargain, reportedly paying $18.7 million/£12.4 million for the home instead of the initial $23.9 million/£15.9 million price tag.
